The customer service on the front end was great, however I was a bit disappointed upon receiving my custom enbroidered blankets. Though the front looked good, there were multiple loose threads on the back side of the embroidery as well as additional loose screening fabric, making the blankets look unfinished and sloppy. After inquiring about the lack of clean-up, I was told that this is "standard finish on all embroidered products" from this company, but I can not distribute the blankets in the condition that they were shipped to me and expected more based on the total price. A word to anyone who orders embroidery - plan on having to spend a good chunk of your own time cleaning up the emboidery work upon receipt. (Posted on 2/20/12)

We have not placed and order yet, but received a sample in the mail. Great weight for a blanket, and not cheaply made like so many others. I was impressed when they called to get details on what I was looking for in my sample. Great customer service. I can't wait to get through red tape and place my order! (Posted on 8/17/11)

I took delivery of these in about 4 days after ordering them. I didn't have time to get these customized... But the quote I got from Promohut beat out my local guy. Next time I'll be ordering with my logo. Very impressed with how these people took care of me - you don't see this kind of service from an Online company. Take it from a seasoned e-shopper...
